Shipping Policy
At Faith Girl Co., our goal is to provide the best shipping experience regardless of where you live. All orders are custom made at the time of order, so please allow time for both production and shipping.
Processing Time All orders require 3–5 business days for production before they are shipped. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–5 business days via USPS
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 10–21 business days
Total estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days for domestic orders. International orders may take longer depending on customs processing.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use that number to track your order directly on the USPS website at usps.com. For international orders, tracking updates may be limited once the package leaves the United States.
Shipping Delays Faith Girl Co. is not responsible for orders lost or delayed by USPS or international carriers. During peak seasons and holidays, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us at support@faithgirlco.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Lost or Missing Orders If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the issue is unresolved, contact us at support@faithgirlco.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with you to find a resolution.
